Admission Formalities

All Formalities to be Completed 30th June 2024 (All working days) 9 am to 2 pm

Terms and conditions

  • Application for admission will be accepted only on prescribed form which can be obtained from the school office along with prospectus.
  • No student will be admitted without a personal interview.
  • Following documents need to be submitted at the time of Admission.
    • Original Date of Birth Certificate
    • Original T.C.
    • SSSMID
    • Adhar card
    • Caste Certificate (only for SC,ST & OBC)
    • Bank Details- Passbook photocopy
    • 4 coloured and 2 Black & white Passport size Photographs
    • Vaccination Chart
    • Photocopy of Previous Result
  • Children of 2 ½ years as on 31st December 2019 are admitted to Pre-Nursery and one year is added to subsequent classes. For example.
    • Pre-Nur. - 2 ½ Yrs
    • Nur. - 3 ½ Yrs
    • Jr. KG - 4 ½ Yrs
    • Sr. KG. - 5 ½ Yrs
    • Class I - 6 ½ yrs and so on
  • A Student can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds : -
    • Disciplinary.
    • Unsatisfactory progress in work.
    • Detention or repeated detention in class.
    • Absence for more than a fortnight without prior information.
  • Application for withdrawal from school should be submitted to the class teacher at least one month in advance from which the student is to discontinues in the school.
  • Students name will be terminated from the school on parent's requested, only after submission of written application to the office.
  • T.C. will be issued only after all financial obligations have been fulfilled and school property taken on loan has been refunded / returned.
  • A Student who fails twice in the same class will not be permitted to continue in the school.
